- 30% Not Refundable Deposit at confirmation of reservation via bank transfer, balance within 8 weeks prior to arrival
- € 500 Not Refundable Deposit to be settled in cash at arrival: final cleaning and utilities (heating not included)
- € 1000 for Security Deposit (refunded at departure minus extra charges and/or damages)
- Pets: allowed upon request
