THE SWIMMING POOL - What better place to enjoy the warm sun? Sipping a cocktail or glass of wine, admiring the landscape, chatting with friends, than this wonderful ‘infinity’ swimming pool?
Villa il Conventino‘s mosaic-tiled swimming pool, on the terrace slope below the villa, allows an unhindered view of the surrounding Tuscan hills, and the sunsets, which create a magically suggestive atmosphere, on a Summer’s evening.
In the small, circular Jacuzzi, attached to the main pool, guests can enjoy a relaxing water massage, in style.
Built into the ground, between the villa and the pool, is a well-equipped gym space; which being subterranean stays cool during the day, even in full Summer. The gym’s barn doors open onto the pool area, allowing guests to enjoy the view as they exercise. There is an adjacent changing room and showers and a WC.
THE GARDENS - Arriving at Villa il Conventino, guests will be met by the colours and scents of the garden. The villa has a private garden, that has been landscaped following Tuscan tradition, and which includes: a herb garden, a vegetable garden, and an orchard. Dry-stone walls, flowerbeds and the profusion of plants are the result of special care taken by our gardener. The gardens can be enjoyed from the beautiful swimming pool they surround.
